Tech-Bros Customer Service, Returns, and Warranty Policy
At Tech-Bros, we are committed to providing high-quality service by using only premium replacement parts and ensuring our experienced technicians remain trained to modern standards. If a problem arises following your repair, we aim to resolve it promptly and fairly.
Returns & Refunds
Accessories:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days in its original packaging, with a valid receipt, for a replacement. Refunds are not offered on pre-order items.
Mobile Phones & Tablets:
If you are dissatisfied, you may exchange your device within 14 days in its original packaging, with a valid receipt, for a replacement of equal or greater value (any price difference is payable). Please note we do not offer a change-of-mind policy on mobile phones and tablets.
If issues arise after 14 days but within 12 months, Tech-Bros will make up to three attempts to repair the same fault before considering an exchange. Repairs may take up to 7 working days, and replacement devices will not be provided during this period.
Repairs & Warranty
All Repairs (including Apple screens): 12-month warranty from the date of repair.

Warranty Disclaimer
By submitting your device to Tech-Bros for repair, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following:
Repairs may reveal or create other faults which cannot always be repaired by Tech-Bros.
You are responsible for backing up all data prior to repair; Tech-Bros accepts no liability for loss of data.
Any repair may void the manufacturer’s warranty. Tech-Bros is not responsible for warranty refusal by the manufacturer.
You must inform Tech-Bros of all known faults. While we inspect devices before and after repair, some faults may remain undetectable.
Warranties are non-transferable and will be void if the device changes ownership. Accurate customer information must be provided for the warranty to apply.
The warranty covers only faulty parts that were repaired or replaced by Tech-Bros. It does not cover accidental, intentional, or unrelated damage. Remedies under warranty are limited to replacement of the faulty part; refunds will not be issued.
Devices may be unlocked for post-repair checks. Passwords may be required for password-protected devices. The warranty will be void if the device is opened or repaired by any third party.
Tech-Bros does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the repair or use of the device.
FAQ
Original Problem Returned:
Tech-Bros sources only high-quality parts. If a fault occurs during your warranty period (excluding accidental or intentional damage), our technicians will replace the faulty part free of charge.
New Device Issue:
After repair, our technicians perform a full check to ensure the device is functioning correctly. If a new issue is detected, you must contact us within 24 hours of the repair. Tech-Bros cannot be held responsible for new issues reported after this timeframe.

Data Protection & Privacy
Tech-Bros processes personal data contained on your device only for the purpose of completing repairs. We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. We will not share your data with third parties without consent. You remain responsible for backing up your personal information prior to repair.
