1. General

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products provided by Tech-Bros (“we”, “us”, “our”). 1.2 By using our services or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 1.3 We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Repairs & Services

2.1 All repairs are carried out at the customer’s request and risk. 2.2 While we take reasonable care, Tech-Bros is not responsible for any existing or hidden faults, including but not limited to water damage, internal component failure, or software issues. 2.3 Some repairs may result in loss of data. Customers are responsible for backing up all data before handing over their device. We accept no liability for data loss. 2.4 Repair times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. 2.5 If additional faults are discovered during repair, we will contact you before proceeding.

3. Warranty on Repairs

3.1 We offer a limited warranty ranging from 90 days to 12 months from the date of repair, depending on the type of work carried out, covering the specific part replaced and workmanship only. 3.2 The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, software issues, or any repairs carried out by a third party after our service. 3.3 The warranty is void if the device is opened or tampered with by anyone other than Tech-Bros during the warranty period. 3.4 Proof of purchase or repair receipt must be presented to claim warranty. 3.5 Tech-Bros is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including data loss, under this warranty.

4. Parts & Quality

4.1 Replacement parts may be original, refurbished, or high-quality compatible parts unless otherwise stated. 4.2 Cosmetic differences may occur with non-original parts. 4.3 Customers will be informed where possible if non-original parts are used.

5. Payments & Deposits

5.1 Full payment is required upon completion of repair unless otherwise agreed. 5.2 Deposits may be required for certain repairs or special-order parts. 5.3 Deposits are non-refundable once parts have been ordered.

6. Uncollected Devices

6.1 Devices not collected within 30 days of repair completion may be subject to storage fees. 6.2 Devices left uncollected for over 60 days may be recycled or disposed of to recover costs, in line with UK law.

7. Refunds

7.1 Diagnostic fees are non-refundable. 7.2 Refunds are not provided for repairs successfully completed as agreed with the customer. 7.3 Deposits paid for parts ordered are non-refundable once the order has been placed. 7.4 If we are unable to complete a repair, all payments made for the repair (excluding diagnostic fees and non-refundable deposits) will be refunded.

8. Liability

8.1 Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair carried out. 8.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data or business.

9. Customer Property

9.1 Accessories left with devices are the responsibility of the customer. 9.2 We are not responsible for items not recorded at drop-off.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
